I know none of us really want to think about Christmas right now. But last year being short on money and long on time, I decided that I was going to take a step back in time and make most of my Christmas gifts
By the time the holiday actually got here I was more than ready. No real rush at the end of the year to make sure that I had every one covered. So hang in there with me and we will make this journey together.
Those of you who have followed the blog for a while know I am a huge fan of Paula Deen. She is my cooking hero. Anyone who can cook with butter and not feel any shame has my vote for cook of the century.
This cheesecake recipe I tried last year when apples were in season and it was wonderful. Going to make it again in a couple of days so dug the recipe out and sharing it with you. Even if you are not a seasoned cook, this recipe is easy.
